We are pleased to announce the opening of the Colombia Scholarship Program for Foreign Citizens – 2025/2 Call, launched by the Instituto Colombiano de Crédito Educativo y Estudios Técnicos en el Exterior (ICETEX). This program offers scholarships to non-Colombian nationals who wish to pursue a master’s degree in Colombia, starting in the second semester of 2025.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Must be a non-Colombian citizen

- Be under the age of 50 at the time of application
