Once the online application is accepted, you will be able to access payment information through the online application system.

SIWS offers two options for students to complete their payment.
You may pay by credit/debit card in your local currency using Flywire or make the payment via bank wire transfer through your local bank.

The payment period for 2025 SIWS is from Oct 1st to Dec 10st. Please keep in mind that international transfers might take several days to be received by UOS SIWS. Payment is being checked by the date of receiving, not the date of sending. Payments that are not correctly received will result in unsuccessful registration for SIWS. Please be advised that all refund requests must be submitted in writing to uossummer@uos.ac.kr entitled “Refund Request”. Refunds

• If a student withdraws by July 29, 2025 the tuition will be refunded less any commission fees or bank transaction charges.
• 50% of the tuition fee will be refundable before the start of the program, less any commission fees or bank transaction charges.
• From the official start of the program, no refund will be available. A written notice of withdrawal must be made to the office before the deadline in order to receive the refund. If a student does not appear in class during the first week, the student's admission will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
